Exchanges/Refunds/Faulty Items 

Faulty Items:

If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange or refund for your purchase (including freight costs). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to organise the exchange or refund. We will then provide details on the address to send your product back to and the refund or exchange procedure.

We suggest sending returns via registered post, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.


Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing:

Please check the detailed sizing information provided in our product descriptions prior to purchasing your item, as unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size.
