Exchanges/Refunds/Faulty Items

Faulty Items:

If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange or refund for your purchase (including freight costs). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to organise the exchange or refund. We will then provide details on the address to send your product back to and the refund or exchange procedure.

Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing:

Please check the detailed sizing information provided in our product descriptions prior to purchasing your item. We can accept sizing related exchanges, however please choose carefully as we do not cover the freight costs associated with the exchange. 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind.
